The Stanley Adventures, Days II & III
So we did a little more sightseeing with Flat Stanley. Went out in the neighborhood and took a few pictures outside of Paramount Studios. And then yesterday, T, JJJ and I headed downtown to Little Tokyo to visit the Japanese American National Museum. Picked up memberships for me and the girlfriend, too.
Here are the pictures for my little cousin's project:

these are some of the medals awarded to the members of the 442nd regimental combat unit, who fought during WWII. They were "the most highly decorated unit of its size and length of service in the history of the U.S. Army, including 22 Medal of Honor recipients."

Didn't take any pictures of the Ruth Asawa exhibit, but here's Flat Stanley in front of a sculpture project to which every visitor can add their own little wire doodad.

Flat Stanley found some friends in the museum store.
