will someone please
come over to my house and clean it for me? my parents and my aunt are coming this weekend and i've no desire to make any of it look less, um, disaster-ous. so here i sit, reading the internets and giving a cold shoulder to the pile of mail to be sorted and filed on the desk. did i mention the filing that's hidden in the box in the closet? and i took on a project, the girlfriend wants to freecycle all of our old magazines, and i can't seem to get up the oomph to finish sorting and wrapping the stacks of them. so there they sit, half done, in the doorway of my closet.
the rest of the house is equally bad, i will clean the bathroom tomorrow, since i can't stand it anymore. but for now i'm going to bed. had to pick up my brother and sister in law at the airport this morning--their plane got in around 6 am, it took me almost an hour to go 14.3 miles to the airport. and then! i went to work. ACK! work! me! and i ate all the candy the girlfriend was supposed to put in the candy jar at work, too. so it was a pretty down day. glad to see it go so tomorrow i can start over--better outlook on life in general, back on the diet, go to the gym. CLEAN!!!!!
