what are you doing christmas eve?
if you're in the los angeles area and have nothing planned for christmas eve, the los angeles county arts commision's 45th annual holiday celebration will be held at the dorothy chandler pavillion from 3pm to 9pm. the event is free, and parking is free, too!
vox femina los angeles, the group that i sing with, will be performing in the 6 pm hour, probably towards the end of the hour.
even if you can't come down to see the events in person, tune in to kcet--they'll be broadcasting the whole thing live. or come to my house, i'm going to tivo the show. i've never seen all six hours...
and stay tuned, all you folks outside of los angeles, they'll produce a one hour "highlights" show that will be broadcast nationally on pbs...
