i definitely need structure. on my days off, i usually sleep in, since my girlfriend tends to make sure i only get about 5 hours of sleep a night (no, i'm not bragging, she won't let me go to sleep unless she's going, too, and she's usually up on her computer til all hours of the morning), i relish getting a few extra hours when i don't have to be at work by 9 am.
but since i turn off my alarm, i don't wake up until noon. today, it was 1:30, when my girlfriend came home for lunch and woke me up.
it's all well and good, but i feel as if i wasted half my day sleeping.
and my "diet" that i've been trying to maintian this week has been corrupted by pizza one night, and a company barbecue last night. today, it was the bagel with cream cheese and jelly bellys.
at least i went to the gym tonight.
