i have some sort of sinus malady that's causing me to sing through my nose. this is problematic because my nose isn't necessarily my best feature. i'd prefer the sound to come out my mouth, thank you very much. not that my mouth is my best feature, either, it's rather unpredictable. one never knows when one will hear an expletive from it.
in any case, my voice is sub par and my parents are coming to my concert friday night. joy. and i can't sleep because of the congestion. niiiice. so i don't feel good and i'm tired and hey, let's throw in a visit from the parents when my house isn't clean.
maybe if i set fire to the place they won't notice how dusty it is.
it's on these occasions that i love nyquil. off to try to find lala land.
